While we do offer specific pre-curated boxes, we’re happy to accommodate special requests if you want to substitute certain cuts. Just contact us before placing your order!
Our meat is vacuum-sealed and frozen for optimal freshness. You can store it in the freezer for up to 12 months to maintain its best quality.
Store your vacuum-sealed meat in the freezer upon arrival. Once ready to cook, you can thaw it in the refrigerator or use a quick-thaw method.
